2 Hours

$350 per party

This level of mediation is helpful if discovery is complete and depositions have been taken. A 2 hour mediation moves quickly but may not be effective if information needs to be exchanged between the parties to clarify their position in the case, or if one party needs to produce information.

3 Hours

$450 per party

This level of mediation is helpful and is the most requested as it allows time for development of the case and for exchange of basic case information.

4 Hours (i.e. - Half day mediation)

$700 per party

This level of mediation is helpful for cases involving disputed factual issues and is needed to develop the case and facts for either side. Most attorneys with larger or complex cases will choose this level of mediation.

Full Day Mediation (8 hours with lunch break)

$1,400 per party

Some contract, business, or larger personal injury cases require a full day mediation to best allow the parties to develop the case and facts. It also gives each party time to consider all of their options for full resolution of their case.
