Dale R. Rose is an experienced civil trial attorney, with over 155 first chair jury trials to date. Dale’s practice of law has taken him to 54 counties throughout Texas and several states. During his nearly 28 years of being a licensed attorney, Dale has represented the State of Texas, individuals, small companies, mega corporations, insurance companies, and defended criminal cases.
His unique blend of areas of law and having been in the courtroom representing clients on both the plaintiff and defense side of cases gives Dale a special insight in the understanding of your case. Dale’s legal career started as a police officer in Garland, Texas for six years. Dale’s first job as an attorney was as a prosecutor in the Dallas County District Attorney’s office where he was promoted within 8 months to the Specialized Crimes Division and was working with federal and state agencies.
After the DA's office, he worked to represent people and businesses who have been injured as the result of others negligence. The nearly 7 years of representing insurance carriers and large companies balanced with the almost 15 years of representing plaintiffs has given Dale the unique perspective of understanding both sides of a case.
MEDIATIONS - Over his career, Dale has participated in over 500 mediations and has conducted over 100 mediations to date. Dale routinely receives appointments from the Courts in Collin County as a mediator and a guardian ad litem. He is also a participant in the upcoming Collin County Online Mediation program, providing practical input into the programs development and implementation.
